What is Bridger Brewskis and Spurs?

Bridger Brewskis and Spurs is a new Montana skijoring event happening February 28–March 1, 2026, at Bridger Brewing in Three Forks, Montana. It combines the thrill of skijoring—horses pulling skiers and snowboarders across snow—with great food, local vendors, and craft beer from Bridger Brewing.

Where is the event held?

Our event will take place at Bridger Brewing’s Three Forks location, conveniently located 30 minutes from Bozeman and a little over an hour from Big Sky.

What can spectators expect?

Spectators can enjoy two full days of skijoring competition, as well as craft beer, local food, and Montana vendors offering everything from cowboy hats to coffee.

Is this event family-friendly?

Yes, Bridger Brewskis and Spurs is designed for all ages! There will be family-friendly viewing areas, food options, and plenty of space to enjoy the atmosphere.

How do I buy tickets?

Spectator tickets will be available online starting in December! Stay tuned to our website and social media for ticket release dates.

Can I compete?

Absolutely! We’ll have divisions for every level, including Youth, Snowboarding, Switcharoo, and Open 4D. Registration details will be announced soon—follow @bridgerskijoring for updates.

Who’s putting on the event?

The event is hosted by Bridger Brewing and KH Horse Consulting, two Gallatin Valley-based small businesses. Learn more on our About page.

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes. Enjoy craft beer and meals from Bridger Brewing, along with a variety of local food trucks and vendors offering coffee, snacks, and Montana-made products.

How can local businesses get involved?
